Labeltrace Opening Problems
Scenario 1
When customer tried to open Labeltrace, error meassage appear stating "ltrace.ini not found". Turns out that this file was empty. The file was replace with a new file that had the relevant data. Tried opening Labeltrace: error message stated ""db not found". Opened ltrace.ini, copied and pasted the directory for "dblocation=" into file explorer in order to check if it had access to that directory which it did.
Error message was still appearing therefore labeltrace removed and then reinstalled however error message was still appearing. Advised customer to open labeltrace through their clinical system I.e. systmone. Labeltrace now appeared to be working. Advised customer to restart pc to ensure that the changes would take hold.
Scenario 2
Another error message when trying to open labeltrace - "Could not load SQLite library".
Restart PC to resolve.
Scenario 3
Error message appears when trying to open labeltrace "unable to locate global directory \\pcs3589a\shared\LTDATA using ini file C:\labeltrace\ltrace.ini"
