New e-form not uploading to portal/appearing in KW Library
1. To generate a PDF, the WF/eform must have Archive defined as below. This is the area where the WF/eform knows that the PDF will be Generated. This part was missing.
2. There was wrong mapping highlighted below for both Generic Folder Creation and PDF service category PatientRecord Category has DocumentName and DcoumentType attribute.
3. There is no SpecialityName attribute in Patient Record Category , but it was mapped so remove that mapping.
